48-hour changes and refund policy: You can reschedule or cancel until exactly 48 hours before the booked start time. A timely cancellation automatically refunds the full £15 deposit to the original payment method; banks normally take 5–10 business days to display it. Once the session is less than 48 hours away, online changes and cancellation are unavailable.
