Current position: We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural-analytics cookies. The site uses only technologies required to operate, secure and administer it, together with third-party services you actively choose to use.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels or other identifiers. Some are necessary for a requested service; others require a visitor’s choice before use.
2. Technologies used on this website
Strictly necessary and security functions
The website and hosting platform may use short-lived technical information needed to deliver pages, protect forms and booking endpoints, prevent abuse, maintain a secure session and remember essential selections. These functions cannot reasonably be switched off through the website because they support services you request.
WordPress administration
WordPress uses login, settings and security cookies for authorised administrators. Ordinary visitors are not asked to log into WordPress. These cookies support authentication, security and administrator preferences.
Booking and form functions
Booking and application tools may use essential session or anti-spam information to submit a form, reserve a selected appointment, prevent duplicate or automated submissions and maintain the integrity of the booking process.
Stripe checkout
If you choose to pay, you are redirected to or interact with Stripe’s secure payment service. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies required for checkout, authentication, fraud prevention and payment security under Stripe’s own policies. We do not use Stripe’s payment data for advertising.
Fonts and external resources
Some pages currently request font resources from Google. That request may disclose technical information such as an IP address and browser information to the provider. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Server logs
IONOS and our website security controls create limited server logs, such as IP address, time, requested page and error or rate-limit information. Server logs are not normally cookies, but we describe them here for transparency.
3. No advertising or behavioural analytics at present
As of the date above, we have not enabled Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioural advertising or comparable tracking technologies on the public website. We therefore do not display a consent banner merely to set non-essential tracking cookies.
4. Future changes
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate consent tool before those technologies are activated. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent access to the core website or booking service.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms, security controls, checkout or administrator functions from working correctly. Controls for third-party services may also be available from the relevant provider.
