Change the appointment day, time, contact details or address—or cancel the appointment when the notice window permits.
48-hour policy: changes and cancellations are accepted until exactly 48 hours before the booked start time. Timely cancellations automatically receive a full £15 refund to the original payment method. Once fewer than 48 hours remain, online changes and cancellations are locked.

Enter the same email address used during checkout and the booking reference from your confirmation email. For privacy, the response is the same whether or not the details match.
Management links are private. Do not forward yours. The address and postcode are used only for session logistics.
